What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
- Free of charge changes or rescheduling are available for up to 12 months from the booking date.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup qualify for a 75% refund.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Find the Car Seat option by scrolling through the list of available vehicle types and selecting the Car Seat request. A $20 car seat surcharge will be added to your total price. When booking our service, please note in the comment box if you need a child seat or booster seat. We will ensure it is properly installed before pickup
How do I find my chauffeur at YEG?
