Our Complimentary Express Service is designed for a fast departure:

• Arrival: Collect your luggage and head to Arrival Door #10 (Curbside).
• Notification: Text or call your chauffeur once you are standing at the door.
• 2-Minute Arrival: Your vehicle will pull up to the curb within 2 minutes for immediate boarding.

For a VIP experience, your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal:

• Holding a Sign: Look for your chauffeur in the arrivals area holding a personalized name sign.
• Real-Time Tracking: We monitor your flight status automatically for delays or early arrivals.
• Private Jets: For arrivals at private hangars, we can meet you directly on the tarmac.

Yes. We offer both Toddler Safety Seats and Booster Seats. Please specify your requirements in the “Extra Options” or comments section when booking online to ensure the seat is installed prior to your arrival.

Skip the ICE District parking hassle! We provide VIP drop-off and pickup for all major events. If an Oilers game goes into overtime, don’t worry—your chauffeur will be waiting for you whenever the game ends.

Our executive fleet can accommodate any group size:

• Luxury Sedans: Up to 3 Passengers.
• Executive SUVs: Up to 6 Passengers.
• Premium Shuttles: Up to 10+ Passengers (Ford Transit).

Payment Timing: An authorization hold is placed 12 hours before pickup. The final charge is applied only after the trip is completed.

• In-Car: VISA, MC, AMEX, Interac Debit, and Cash.
• Online: Secure processing via Stripe or e-Transfer.

For local Edmonton trips, we recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance. For long-distance or special event transportation, booking 24 hours to 1 month in advance ensures vehicle availability.
