What if the game or concert goes into overtime or runs late?
No stress! For Round-Trip bookings, your chauffeur monitors the event’s progress. We don’t leave until you are out of the venue. There are no “waiting fees” for standard overtime or encore delays.
Where exactly is the pickup point at Rogers Place?
We typically utilize the designated VIP Livery Stand or a pre-arranged spot on 104 Ave or 102 St to ensure the fastest exit. Once you are heading to the doors, text your chauffeur and they will pull up to the closest available curb.
Can we bring drinks or snacks in the vehicle?
We provide bottled water and mints in all vehicles. While light snacks are permitted, we ask that no open alcohol be consumed inside the vehicle to comply with Alberta regulations.
