How quickly will I receive my booking confirmation?
Answer: Instantly. Once you complete our online booking form, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your trip details. A final dispatch notice with your chauffeur’s info is sent 15–30 minutes before pickup.
Can I change or cancel my reservation after booking?
Answer: Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by texting our dispatch team at (780) 800-8182. Please note our 24-hour notice policy for full refunds on standard transfers.
What happens if my flight to YEG is delayed?
Answer: Don’t worry—we track all flights in real-time. We adjust your chauffeur’s arrival time based on your actual landing time. There is no need to call us if your flight is delayed; we’ll be there when you land.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Answer: Yes, we provide forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats for a small additional fee. You can select the “Child Seat” option directly in the “Extra Options” section of our online booking tool.
How do I find my driver at Edmonton International Airport (YEG)?
Answer: For VIP Meet & Greet, your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal arrivals area with a name sign. For Express Curb Pickup, simply text your driver once you have your luggage, and they will pull up to the commercial pickup curb immediately.
Do you accept in-car payments?
Answer: Yes. While we require a credit card to secure the booking online, our chauffeurs accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), Interac Debit, and Cash inside the vehicle.
